This picture is a house that is right down the road from little 5 points. This house is boarded up so no one lives there. In the this it seems like more tagging than graffiti, but I do agree with Emily and believe that tagging is a form od art and graffiti. The whole house was actually graffitied up but this was the only shot available. I thought this house was an extremely impressive piece of art. It was also not the only one. There was an entire row of houses that was like this. Granted if it tagging or not, art or not. People are trying, in my opinion, to get noticed and get there work out there. And that is just like any other artist trying to make it big!
